Introduction
As United Exports expanded in the global blueberry market, they urgently needed a Quality Manager to enhance quality control across the US, Peru, and China. Recognising the role’s unique demands, they partnered with LCR International for a specialised search, trusting us to find a leader who could drive quality and support their growth globally.
The Assignment
United Exports faced a challenge in optimising their supply chain to meet customer demands and needed a Quality Manager who could gather global market insights from growers and retailers. They aimed to find someone with leadership, critical thinking and analytical skills, and berry industry knowledge which is a rare combination.
The Solution
