The Assignment
While Advanced Berry Breeding were experiencing a significant period of growth, LCR International Ltd were approached by the company CEO to carry out a time sensitive executive search to secure an exceptional Chief Marketing Officer to develop the firms marketing strategy, increase brand awareness, manage the marketing budget, and to play a crucial role in supporting the continued growth of the company. Advanced Berry Breeding had previously found themselves facing significant challenges in filling the role due to the niche skill set required, difficult market and location. LCR International Limited were engaged owing to our proven ability to fill niche and strategic roles within the sector.
The Solution
